What’s the refund policy?
Tickets are non-refundable; however they are transferable. Please contact our team at equation@cliche-booking.com to change the name on the ticket.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket / ID card to the event?
To get your wristband at the door, you must bring a nominative ticket confirmation (printed ticket or e-ticket) AND your valid ID card.

Are there any age limits?
All ages are welcome; however anyone under the age of 18 MUST be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian or nominated guardian. Under 18s trying to enter without an accompanying adult will be turned away.

Can I update my registration information?
Ticket information are transferable, please contact our team at equation@cliche-booking.com

Can I bring my own food/drinks?
Bringing your own food/drinks is not permitted and cooking is prohibited on the whole site. Alcohol/drinks cannot be brought into the event and bags will be searched both on entry to the campsite and onto the event site; any alcohol found will be confiscated. There are fully licensed bars available for you within the event.

Will there be sufficient toilets and showers?
We take facilities and comfort very seriously. We have plenty of quality toilets in a number of convenient locations. Please respect the countryside and do not use the woods and bushes.

Is there a convenience store on-site?
No. There will be enough offer of food and drinks throughout the festival time. Thus, we advise you to bring everything you need to be comfortable before reaching the venue. NO FOOD/DRINKS FROM OUTSIDE

Are there any lockers on site?
Yes, a limited number of lockers (150) will be available to rent, in which you can store your valuables.

Can I leave the site and then come back in?
Yes you will be allowed to re-enter the Equation site as long as you have a valid wristband on.

What time is the gate open?
Always open between Friday 6th April 3:00pm to Sunday 8th April 6:00pm

Can I stay on Sunday night?
No. Everyone must leave the Equation venue by 6pm.

Where can i get a timetable/lineup/programme?
Daily programmes will be available on our website and facebook page – coming soon.

Can I apply as a DJ for the next Equation?
We are already fully booked for the next edition, please do not send any DJ applications. Also, Equation is a community that works on relations, we will first prioritize our friends when it comes to make a line-up, that’s also why we won’t accept any spontaneous applications.

Is accomodation included in my ticket?
No.
We offer 2 options of accomodation on-site: private tent for 1, 2, 3, or 4 people with bedding package included ((jigsaw, mat, blanket, pillow) in a really quiet camping area (check the tickets options). . If you wish to BYO that is also available and free. There are limited off site spaces if you want a hard roof, please email our team at equation@cliche-booking.com for any further information.

When I arrive, can I set up my tent anywhere?
You can set up your tent in designated camp site ONLY. The camp site is set in a dedicated area away from the music stages at the end of the peninsula. It’s the quietest place with the best view.

Are there shuttle buses to Equation site?
There will be busses and also private transfers available leaving from Hanoi city. More info coming soon.–
